What happened in Menasha
CCS handled this private repair job in Menasha. The project was opened on November 21, 2025, and the photos here are from December 22.
The work was in an old basement room with stone and block walls, a low ceiling and a concrete floor with a drain. At the start, the floor was covered in a layer of black residue and debris, thickest around the drain and along the base of the walls, and a dark line ran along the lower walls.
The crew lit the room with work lights and washed it down with a high-pressure wand, working across the floor, into the corners and up the lower walls. The later photos show the gray concrete coming through where it had been cleaned, the residue pushed toward the drain, and a finished room upstairs at the end of the visit. Old basements like this collect years of dirt and moisture, and washing them down is often the first step before any repair work.
